NAVSEA Solutions (NSS) offers a range of consulting and testing services to companies engaged in manufacturing and welding. NSS provides welding consulting services such as the development of welding procedures, welder training and qualification, and NDT Level III services including training and developing NDT procedures for UT, MT, PT, and VT. NSS provides welder and NDT training to clients engaged in aerospace, petrochemical, utilities, shipbuilding, bridge fabrication, and structural steel fabrication and erection. NSS offers approved training programs that meet Navy NAVSEA welding, fabrication, and inspection standards. Welding consulting services includes failure investigations, the development of engineered welded repairs to structures, large machines, and equipment as well as project management to oversee the implementation of the engineered repairs.
